Jorge will develops his functions as Of Counsel lawyer in LOYRA Abogados advising clients particularly in M&A and Corporate Law. In this regard, he has participated in the advisory to several home and international companies and groups (mergers, acquisitions, splits, dissolutions and liquidations, group restructuring and so on) related to negotiation and hiring, as well as in drafting legal reports and recurrent advisory, having extensive experience in legal “due dilligence” procedures as well as in drafting and negotiating shares or assets purchase agreement and shareholders agreements.
Likewise he has wide experience advising on secretary matters of any kind of companies.
Moreover he has experience in refinancing operations.
