Attorney Teresa Valdelomar Martínez-Pardo joined the firm LOYRA Abogados, to strengthen the TaxDepartment. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a university degree that she combined with the five-year master’s degree in stock exchange and financial markets of the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (I.E.B.). Subsequently, she studied the Master in Business Tax Advisory (MAF) of the IE Business School.
Valdelomar has extensive experience in advising national and international clients operating in different sectors of the economy, highlighting Industry and Food, Internet and New Technologies, Leisure and Tourism.
During her years of experience she has participated in numerous restructuring and M & A processes. In addition, she is also specialized in Family Business.
